6- 8 years of significant agency experience gained working on global Marketing accounts, ideally with a Language, translation or transcreation background. Localization experience is a must.
Demonstrate expertise in the delivery of projects through management of client expectations, internal processes and department involvement
Demonstrable experience in managing large scale, complex and multi-market projects
First experience in team leading/team management
Proficient with technology and tools, including CAT tools, but also project management and CMS tools
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and tight time frames
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Attention to detail, analytical thinking ability and passion for the work are essential
A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems
The ability to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently within very tight timeframes
Demonstrate clear thinking under pressure
Must be able to work onsite on a project location several times a year for extended hours
