Senior/Legal Counsel

A Hong Kong-listed tech conglomerate headquartered in the PRC is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in Hong Kong. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will manage legal and compliance matters related to mobile apps and websites, data privacy, intellectual property, and other commercial advisory matters. The ideal candidate should be a Common Law-qualified lawyer with 3-10 years PQE. Practical in-house experience in data protection and intellectual property laws is mandatory. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin), as well as occasional travel to China, is required. WS10857
