Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or semiconductor supplier process-related roles.
- In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in product quality and process control.
- Proven experience in Lean Six Sigma, SPC, and quality improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to guide, train, and develop teams.
- Experience leading multiple projects and driving technology adoption to meet customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment based on multiple sources of information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and JMP statistical analysis software.
