Work with the team lead/ project manager to develop detailed landscape design for varieties developmentin Hong Kong
Assists in the development of the project design, site plans, production of presentation drawings, sketches and assists in solving design complexities.
Support theteam leader/ project managerto ensure timely and efficient delivery of landscape architecture projects during the construction stage.
Coordinate and supervise technical and administrative activities, implementing the planning and construction processes and report to the team lead/ project manager regularly
Liaise with contractors/ sub-contractors and other consultants for site construction works; review on contractor submission and all contract administrative works
Ensure adherence to local landscape architecture design standards, procedures and criteria throughout project execution
Qualifications
Diploma, Bachelor or Master in landscape architecture or architecture related disciplines
Minimum 6 -8 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Must demonstrate strong management and design judgment and most importantly, as desire to learn and grow.
Good command of written and spoken English and/or Mandarin, Cantonese would be a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate and communicate with the professional disciplines;
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino and/or SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign would be an advantage;
Ability to work within a team and work independently;
Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated
Experience in local landscape construction site would be an advantage.
