Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to lead modernization initiatives, design microservices, and support platform transformation.

Responsibilities:

Develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

Drive microservices adoption and migration strategy.

Optimize database interaction, caching, and distributed system architecture.

Guide peer developers through code reviews and mentoring.

Collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth CI/CD deployment cycles.

Requirements:

6+ years of Java backend development experience.

Strong hands-on microservices, REST API, Spring Boot, and ORM frameworks.

Experience with messaging frameworks (Kafka / RabbitMQ).

Cloud deployment experience (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Strong skills in architecture & performance tuning.
