Senior IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and management priorities into clear execution plans, including owners, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Proactively track project progress, issues, risks, and action items, identifying potential blockers and delays.
• Evaluate proposed solutions, identify gaps, and drive further clarification or improvement when needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-system initiatives involving ERP, SCM, BPM, PLM, and other enterprise applications.
• Consolidate key project updates, risks, and decision points to support management decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, System Analysis, IT Consulting, or project/process improvement.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry with a solid understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.
• Technical background in software or system development, with the ability to understand system architecture and development processes.
• Familiarity with ERP, SCM, PLM, BPM, Planning Systems, or other enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
• Strong ownership and good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle ERP, APS/DPS, SCM, Agile PLM, Jira, Lotus Notes, or related enterprise systems.
• Experience in large-scale manufacturing IT projects or complex system integration initiatives.
