Senior IT & OT Infrastructure Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Designs, implements, and manages OT security solutions in compliance with NIST, IEC 62443, and IACS UR 26/27 standards.
• Conducts security assessments and audits of OT environments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
• Develops and establishes OT Security as a Service offerings, including service packages, pricing structures, and delivery models.
• Engages customers and provides expert technical consultation on OT security best practices to enhance overall security posture.
• Collaborates with internal teams to provide technical expertise during presales activities, including presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.
• Creates and maintains comprehensive security documentation, including policies, procedures, and system configurations.
• Manages and supports Windows servers, virtualization platforms (VMware / HyperV), and endpoint systems.
• Administers network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and network segmentation.
• Supports hybrid cloud environments, including AWS and Azure, across onpremise, cloud, and edge deployments.
• Monitors systems, troubleshoots technical issues, and ensures high availability and system reliability.
• Handles incident management, performs root cause analysis, and ensures SLAbased resolution.
• Maintains uptodate technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configurations, and SOPs.
• Works closely with IT team members and other departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or IEC 62443 are an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) security or network security, preferably in the manufacturing, energy, or utilities sectors.
• Strong understanding of NIST, IEC 62443, and IACS UR 26/27 standards and guidelines.
• Solid knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA systems.
• In-depth understanding of OT security risks, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
• Hands-on experience managing OT security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanning tools in industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of firewall technologies, configurations, and best practices.
• Experience with risk management and compliance requirements in OT environments.
• Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Windows Server and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience working with virtualization platforms such as VMware and HyperV.
