Senior IT Consultant

Job Description:

• Create, raise, and manage Change Requests (CRs) aligned with project and deployment requirements.
• Perform impact analysis and risk assessment to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Ensure all required approvals and documentation are completed prior to CR implementation.
• Coordinate with Development,QA, and Operations teams to enable smooth deployment and release activities.
• Follow structured change management and release governance processes to maintain compliance.
• Track CRs end-to-end, providing regular and timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage month-end and beginning volume cycles, ensuring adherence to strict cut-off timelines.
• Lead PAS/Oracle AR reconciliation team and prioritized tasks based on business deadlines.
• Troubleshoot system and process issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized business solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Change Request (CR) Management, Impact Analysis & Risk Assessment, Release & Change Governance, Stakeholder Communication & Reporting, Deployment Coordination (Dev, QA, Ops), UAT Coordination, Data Analysis & Validation, SQL (Basic), Oracle AR / PAS Systems, Incident Management & Issue Resolution, Project & Operations Management.
