Senior Internal Audit Manager

The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company are supporting a rapidly growing international technology business. We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit or Risk professional to join their team in Singapore in a full-time, permanent position. The role offers diverse exposure with approximately 30 - 40% travel across APAC. Salary starting from S$150k per year plus package.

In this Managerial position you will play a key role in supporting the business's growth and become a key player in it's market presence. This is a highly visible position with significant exposure to senior leadership, offering the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and make a tangible impact within a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of leading csuite meetings.
• Be the trusted advisor for solutions.
• Understand client challenges.
• Be the inhouse Subject Matter Expert on corporate governance, liaising with global APAC leaders, including but not limited to Japanese clients with the responsibility to develop into other APAC regions.

What You Bring:

• Native or business fluent Japanese and English language skills are essential.
• Minimum 8 years of experience within internal audit, risk management, compliance, and/or controls functions – Big 4 background with industry experience, or Big 4 background doing internal audit/risk advisory with a commercial client portfolio.
• Strong experience managing senior stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently in an evolving business environment.
• Prior experience within technology or multinational environments would be highly advantageous.
• Must be eligible to work in Singapore - no sponsorship can be offered.
