We are looking for a hands-on Senior HR Specialist to serve as a core executor of People Operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations while continuously improving processes through automation and AI tools.
Role Overview
In this role, you will independently manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR systems.
You are expected to operate with minimal supervision, make sound judgments, and ensure operational accuracy and efficiency. You should also be proactive in exploring and applying AI tools to streamline workflows, improve data handling, and enhance overall HR effectiveness.
【Typical Accountabilities】
People Operations (Core)
-Independently manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal transfers, offboarding, and contract administration
-Maintain and optimize HRIS data accuracy, ensuring real-time updates of employee records
-Administer monthly attendance processes, including leave, overtime, and time tracking
-Develop, maintain, and continuously improve HR SOPs to enhance operational efficiency
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
-Execute monthly payroll processes in collaboration with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payments
-Support annual salary reviews, bonus calculations, and related compensation processes
-Conduct market salary benchmarking and data analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures
-Manage and optimize employee benefits programs in compliance with regulations and employee needs
Employee Relations & Compliance
-Handle employee relations matters and provide policy guidance and support
-Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Taiwan labor laws and regulations
-Assist in handling labor disputes and employee complaints, including preparing reports when necessary
Recruitment Support
-Support recruitment activities based on team needs, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer processing
-Assist in onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience
AI & Process Optimization
-Proactively explore and implement AI tools to improve HR efficiency (e.g., automation, document processing, data analysis)
-Participate in HR digital transformation and process optimization initiatives
【Essential】
-3–5 years of full-spectrum HR experience
-At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B), with familiarity in payroll operations
-Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or other AI agents), with the ability to integrate AI into daily workflows
-Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and regulations (Labor Standards Act, labor insurance, health insurance, pension systems, etc.)
-Ability to work independently and make sound judgments with minimal supervision
-Strong written English proficiency, with working-level verbal communication skills
-High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy
-Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills
【Desirable】
-Experience building AI agents or implementing workflow automation
-HR experience in tech companies or startup environments
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive data-informed HR decisions
-Experience building or optimizing HR processes or systems from scratch
