We represent a premier multi-label luxury fashion company, curating distinct cultural and designer universes under one prestigious umbrella. We ares eeking a high-energy, style-conscious Human Resource Generalist to champion our people strategy.
This unique role is beautifully balanced for a builder of teams: 70%of your focus will be dedicated to end-to-end Talent Acquisition, hunting and securing the finest front-line and corporate retail talent in the market. The remaining 30% will involve driving core HR Generalist operations, ensuring our cultural values, employee experience, and operational standards remain as immaculate as our boutique floors.
Your Mission
Talent Acquisition (70% Focus) - The Talent Architect
- Own the Retail Pipeline: Lead the full life cycle of recruitment for our diverse multi-label network-sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Department Leaders, and Sales Stylists.
- Corporate Headhunting: Partner with executive stakeholders to identify and onboard corporate corporate talent across Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and Creative departments.
- Build Employer Branding: Act as a vibrant brand ambassador in the market. Create creative recruitment campaigns, build strong pipelines with fashion academies and institutions, and establish a continuous talent bench.
- Elevate the Candidate Journey: Design an inspiring, high-touch interview and selection experience that reflects the premium, white-glove standards of our luxury Maisons.
- Strategic Onboarding: Partner with Learning & Development to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into our multi-label heritage, service rituals, and company culture.
HR Generalist Functions (30% Focus) - The People Guardian
- Employee Relations & Advisory: Serve as a trusted partner and point-of-contact for retail frontline staff, providing clear guidance on HR policies, career pathways, and workplace harmony.
- Performance Management Support: Assist in orchestrating seasonal and annual performance evaluation frameworks, helping managers map out succession planning and capability growth.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Manage day-to-day lifecycle administration, including the preparation of employment contracts, processing of passes, onboarding/offboarding logistics, and maintaining accurate HR database records.
- Workforce Planning & Analytics: Collaborate with HR leadership and Brand General Managers to monitor headcount budgets, track turnover metrics, and implement calculated retention strategies.
Requirements
- The Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of progressive HR experience, with a heavy, proven track record in high-volume retail or luxury hospitality recruitment. (Agency recruiters specializing in retail/luxury who want to move in-house are highly welcomed).
- The Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the Singapore retail market, frontline talent expectations, local labor laws, and competitive compensation trends.
- The Mindset: A true hybrid thinker who balances the high-velocity urgency of recruitment with the structured compliance and empathy required of an HR generalist.
- The Communication: Impeccable interpersonal skills with an outgoing, magnetic personality. You must be able to confidently engage with creative visionaries, analytical merchandisers, and elite retail professionals alike.
