Senior HR Specialist/Site HR Partnership

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering both operational excellence and business impact. In this role, you will work closely with managers and employees to support people processes, address day-to-day HR matters, and contribute practical HR solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Operations Excellence

Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, benefits, and HR administration

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in HR processes aligned with company standards and local labor regulations

Act as a reliable HR contact for employees and managers, providing timely and high-quality support

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

Identify HR issues, analyze root causes, and propose improvements to enhance employee experience

Support employee relations topics, policy interpretation, and HR case resolution when needed

Participate in HR projects or initiatives to improve processes and organizational effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & Background

Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines

Minimum 8+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations

Proven experience in at least two or more HR functional areas is preferred (e.g., HR operations, employee relations, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, or talent management)

Experience in large-scale technology or manufacturing companies (e.g., semiconductor industry)

Passion to grow into an HR Partner
