Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and enhance organizational performance in regional context
- Manage compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Work closely with both local and regional top management to drive the business growth and foster positive working culture
- Facilitate performance management initiatives, including establishing goals, conducting performance reviews, and creating development plans.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify key insights to ensure competitiveness of the organization
- Create and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 15 years hands-on experience within sizable organizations, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
- Sound knowledge of laws, statutory regulations and best practices
- Demonstrates a proven track record of leading successful HR initiatives and fostering continuous improvement
- Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and regions.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills is essential
