Sandpiper is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our Singapore team and support our growing business across Asia Pacific.

Reporting to the Group HR Director, this role will work closely with the HR and Operations teams, as well as leaders across our regional offices including Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Malaysia, Singapore, Sydney, and Dubai.

This is a hands-on role covering a broad range of HR and talent activities, with a particular focus on recruitment, employee experience, HR operations, and supporting the growth of our people across the region.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Experience

  • Provide day-to-day HR support across our Asia Pacific offices, ensuring smooth and effective HR operations and processes.
  • Manage HR activities and tasks through HiBob, including employee records, leave reporting and workflow management.
  • Responsible for insurance enrolment processes for the Singapore and Hong Kong teams.
  • Oversee Singapore government claims and statutory surveys.
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules and first-week experiences for new joiners and interns.
  • Support the Group HR Director during performance review cycles and other key HR initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain internal communications and HR-related content across HiBob and LinkedIn in partnership with the Employee Experience and Marketing teams.
  • Safeguard employee information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across Asia Pacific, from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer coordination and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide recruitment support across roles from Intern to Account Director level.
  • Manage job postings across relevant platforms, including LinkedIn and local job portals.
  • Maintain and improve the Sandpiper Careers Portal and recruitment materials.
  • Build and maintain strong talent networks across key markets and practice areas.
  • Keep talent mapping and recruitment databases updated to support future hiring needs.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation, including job descriptions, interview materials, templates, and candidate records.

Training & Development

  1. Support the design and delivery of intern onboarding programmes and employee training initiatives.
  2. Research and recommend relevant learning and development opportunities based on business needs and market trends.
  3. Help coordinate training programmes across regional offices.

Internship Programme

  • Support the development and management of Sandpiper's internship programme across key markets.
  • Build relationships with universities and student networks.
  • Represent Sandpiper at relevant career fairs and events in Singapore.
  • Strengthen Sandpiper's employer brand among graduates and early-career talent.

Other Responsibilities

  • Represent Sandpiper professionally when engaging with candidates, employees, and external partners.
  • Stay informed on HR trends, competitor practices, and talent market developments.
  • Support other HR projects and initiatives as required.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in HR and/or talent acquisition.
  • Experience managing recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Experience working across multiple markets or in a regional environment is preferred.
