Job Summary
Manage foreign worker administration and payroll processes, coordinate onboarding and welfare support, and ensure compliance with certification and work-pass requirements to support efficient manpower deployment.
Responsibilities
- Manage work-pass related administrative tasks, including ownership of documentation and distribution of work pass cards to ensure compliance and timely processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date foreign worker personal files in HR databases for effective record-keeping and audit readiness
- Coordinate onboarding processes by arranging arrivals, accommodation, welfare support, and initial setup to facilitate smooth integration of foreign workers
- Track certification requirements and coordinate registration or renewal of training courses (e.g., CSOC, AWSH) with training providers to maintain workforce compliance
- Prepare and administer foreign worker payroll records, including overtime, allowances, and deductions, to ensure accurate and timely compensation
- Collaborate with project teams to support manpower deployment and allocation aligned with operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Relevant experience in foreign worker administration or construction HR
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication, organizational, and coordination abilities
