Job Description

Job Summary

Manage foreign worker administration and payroll processes, coordinate onboarding and welfare support, and ensure compliance with certification and work-pass requirements to support efficient manpower deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage work-pass related administrative tasks, including ownership of documentation and distribution of work pass cards to ensure compliance and timely processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date foreign worker personal files in HR databases for effective record-keeping and audit readiness
  • Coordinate onboarding processes by arranging arrivals, accommodation, welfare support, and initial setup to facilitate smooth integration of foreign workers
  • Track certification requirements and coordinate registration or renewal of training courses (e.g., CSOC, AWSH) with training providers to maintain workforce compliance
  • Prepare and administer foreign worker payroll records, including overtime, allowances, and deductions, to ensure accurate and timely compensation
  • Collaborate with project teams to support manpower deployment and allocation aligned with operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Relevant experience in foreign worker administration or construction HR
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication, organizational, and coordination abilities
