Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to join our growing HR team at MyRepublic Broadband. This is a critical role that blends hands-on HR operations with strategic partnership, offering the opportunity to influence how our people experience the workplace every day. You will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence across payroll, compliance, and HR systems, while also collaborating closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver initiatives that shape our organizational culture and future workforce.
Beyond ensuring smooth HR processes, you will play a key role in designing and implementing employee engagement programs, refining compensation frameworks, and strengthening HR policies to support a high-performing, inclusive environment.
