We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented Senior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to develop and execute talent strategies, drive recruitment excellence, and support organizational and talent development initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a proactive HR professional with strong stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, and solid experience in talent acquisition within the technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement mid- to long-term recruitment strategies and workforce planning initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Drive recruitment process optimization and continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
- Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to assigned business units, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and retention initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to provide HR insights, recommendations, and solutions that support organizational growth and workforce effectiveness.
- Participate in organizational design, workforce planning, talent review, and people development initiatives.
- Lead and support HR and organizational development projects as assigned.
