Your Job

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior business leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities and long-term value creation. You will play a critical role in shaping organizational effectiveness by influencing leadership decisions, strengthening talent capability, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Our Team

You will be part of an experienced HR team supporting complex and fast-moving business operations in Taiwan. The team partners closely with leaders and employees to enable performance, engagement, and a respectful workplace culture grounded in Principle-Based Management (PBM).

What You Will Do

  • Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategies into effective people and organizational solutions that support sustainable growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, addressing complex employee relations matters and enabling a positive employee experience.
  • Champion and embed Principle-Based Management (PBM) principles across leadership practices and people initiatives.
  • Enable strong talent management through performance management, leadership development, and retention strategies.
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including cultural transformation, restructuring, and clear, effective employee communications.
  • Support leaders through transitions and, when necessary, guide respectful and compliant employee exits.
  • Proactively identify HR-related risks and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Extensive progressive HR experience, including several years in a senior HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and the local labor market.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Experience in talent acquisition is highly desirable.
  • Experience in data centers, connectors, or electronics manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
