Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, diagnosing and formulating solutions for the entire talent lifecycle (attraction, recruitment, retention, and development).
- Participate in business management meetings.
- Drive culture and manage internal communications across the responsible areas.
- Steer annual and ad-hoc HR topics, including Talent Reviews, Merit, Bonus, and promotion reviews.
- Champion HR initiatives such as employee engagement, Employer branding, Learning, and Diversity & Inclusion.
- Lead and manage Employee Relations issues (e.g., employee disputes, performance issues).
- Act as the Site HR and HR Generalist for overall HR processes and system-related tasks.
- Create space for innovation and provide HR solutions for talent-related business challenges.
- Manage other HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Extensive HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a global MNC design center, with a proven track record of leading change management and talent development initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, statutory regulations, and HR best practices is required.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to handle senior stakeholders and frontline employees with empathy.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes full ownership of projects from start to finish, demonstrating passion, dedication, and resilience.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects and change.
- Highly collaborative, agile, open-minded, flexible, and reliable.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management or Psychology.
- More than 8 years of experience in HR general functions and project management in multinational enterprises (e.g., Hi tech industry).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve a variety of complex problems.
