Partnering closely with the Regional HR Director and senior leaders, this is a high-visibility, strategic role designed for an agile HR professional ready to shape the human capital landscape across the Asia region.
Act as a strategic consultant to key leaders, aligning people strategies with long-term regional business objectives.
Drive the end-to-end setup of HR frameworks and operational structures for expansion into new emerging markets.
Lead complex organizational design projects to ensure the workforce is optimized for both growth and efficiency.
Champion a high-performance culture across diverse business units, ensuring brand values are integrated into every level of the employee lifecycle.
Drive hands-on leadership and maintain strong relationships with local business heads.

skills and experience required
Minimum 7 years of HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in a regional Business Partnering capacity.
Extensive experience in market entry and the setup of HR operations within the Asia-Pacific region.
Demonstrated ability to influence and coach C-suite stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
Deep knowledge of regional labor laws and the ability to navigate diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business data into actionable people strategies.
