Remuneration & Performance Exercises: Support annual salary reviews, performance appraisal cycles, and bonus calculations.
Benefits, Timekeeping & Payroll Support: Administer employee claims, leave policies, retention schemes, and medical/airfare allowances. Oversee Time & Attendance tracking and provide operational backup.
HR Systems, Reporting & Data Integrity: Act as primary HR system representative (e.g., FlexHR, Oracle) to ensure data accuracy. Prepare HR analytics, statutory MOM surveys, and periodic management reports.
AI Lead & Process Improvement: Lead the HR department in deploying AI tools to automate administrative workflows, participate in Lean Six Sigma projects and Kaizen improvement initiatives to eliminate operational bottlenecks and refine HR workflows.
Compliance & Audits: Ensure HR operations adhere to Singapore MOM/Employment Act guidelines support internal/external ISO, RBA, and customer compliance audits.
Talent Acquisitions
Recruitment: Manage recruitment for indirect labor (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, ATS requisition tracking, and drafting employment contracts per approval matrices).
Sourcing & Employer Branding: Build candidate pipelines via job portals, recruitment agencies, and social media represent the company at job fairs, campus recruiting, and institutional events to build the corporate employer brand.
Workforce Planning: Partner with hiring managers to align hiring plans with operational headcount needs while optimizing cost-per-hire.
Employee Engagement & Retention: Lead new hire touch points (HR136 Program), organize quarterly Coffee Chats and festive events, utilize HR data to analyze turnover trends to support targeted retention strategies.
Ad-Hoc HR Projects & Support: Drive, participate in, or assist with cross-functional HR projects, system enhancements, and ad-hoc administrative HR duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboard creation, handling large datasets) and Google Suite (Sheets, Forms, Sites)Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS platforms (FlexHR or Oracle HRIS systems preferred)
Sound understanding of local Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, CPF rules, and statutory guidelines familiarity with RBA and ISO audit standards
Exceptional numerical accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, strong project management skills, talent sourcing capability, clear written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR administration, with a strong focus on C&B, HR metrics/reporting, and proven experience in managing ad-hoc HR projects and Talent Acquisition/Management
Working experience in a manufacturing environment handling direct/indirect labor is an added advantage
Prior experience with payroll processing and using AI productivity tools for HR workflows is highly preferred
