What you'll be working on
As a Baseband / Embedded Hardware Engineer, you'll design and deliver high-performance networking platforms from concept to mass production — partnering closely with cross-functional teams and global customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Baseband Design & Mass Production Support
Hands-on experience in baseband design and mass production ramp-up for networking products such as Wi-Fi AP routers, FWA, and SD-WAN.
2.Embedded Hardware System Design & Debugging
Solid knowledge of embedded system baseband design, with experience in networking hardware system design and validation, including CPU, DDR/Flash memory, power, Ethernet, PCIe/SerDes, as well as strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
3.Issue Analysis & Resolution Across Product Stages
Analyze and resolve issues throughout the product lifecycle, including pre-production and post-mass production stages, to ensure product stability and quality.
4.Customer Specification Review & Technical Communication
Review customer specifications and standards, and communicate effectively with customers to clarify requirements and support technical alignment.
Responsibilities:
1.Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) are preferred.
2.Experience in designing Wi-Fi platforms based on Broadcom and Qualcomm Atheros is preferred.
3.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, with 4+ years of hardware engineering experience.
