Senior Golang Cloud Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud architectures on AWS, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead the development of cloud-native applications using Golang and other relevant technologies.
• Implement and maintain event-driven system architectures, leveraging tools like Kafka for messaging and Redis for caching.
• Design and integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms into cloud-based systems, ensuring data security and compliance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for architecture, design decisions, and operational procedures.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to ensure optimal operation and scalability.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in cloud computing and software development
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud architecture and AWS services.
• Proficiency in Golang, with a strong understanding of its principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and architecting GoLang-based applications with a strong focus on clean architecture, maintainability, and performance.
• Solid understanding of developing scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant distributed applications using GoLang.
• Hands-on experience with Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels, mutexes) and building high-performance, concurrent services.
• Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures, with experience integrating databases, caching, and messaging systems.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native design patterns, microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with event-driven architectures and related tools such as Kafka, Redis, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience of VerneMQ and MQTT is required
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth, JWT, and IAM policies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.
• Good to have IoT protocol understanding
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with agile methodologies and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  
  

Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer are a plus.
