Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Global AI)

About the Company

Our client is a VC-backed company and one of the top AI companies globally. They are hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to bring AI solutions to enterprise customers across APAC.

Role & Responsibilities

This is a hands-on, client-facing engineering role for a full-stack developer who wants to sit at the intersection of customers and product. You will own enterprise deployments end to end and feed customer insight back into the product. Expect 30-50% travel across APAC.

• Own enterprise customer projects end-to-end, from requirements through production
• Design and build AI and LLM-powered solutions tailored to customer needs
• Develop integrations and production systems in Python and JavaScript
• Lead technical demos and customer engagements across the region
• Partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to solve customer problems
• Surface product gaps and drive improvements with Engineering

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years as an AI engineer
• Full-stack software development background, with strong Python or JavaScript skills
• Experience working in deep tech companies
• Client-facing technical experience, comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English to communicate with international customers
• Based in Singapore or Hong Kong, and able to travel 30-50% across APAC
