Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (GenAI Solutions)

As an FDE, you will be at the core of technical delivery and customer success. This role requires a blend of deep engineering execution—capable of tackling technical challenges and executing cloud deployments directly on-site—and internal technical leadership. You will act as a Tech Lead, steering system architecture design to ensure the development team produces enterprise-grade systems that are both flexible and maintainable.

• On-site Technical Decision-Making & Delivery: Interface directly with enterprise clients to perform real-time diagnostics on local environments, resolve integration bottlenecks, and lead the end-to-end implementation of GenAI solutions.
• Internal Architectural Leadership: Serve as the internal Tech Lead, defining modularization standards, ensuring code robustness under complex logic, and leading the team toward high-quality delivery.
• MAS (Multi-Agent System) Design & Implementation: Responsible for the architectural design, development, and performance optimization of multi-agent systems, utilizing tools like LangGraph to achieve complex task automation and orchestration.
• Automated Infrastructure: Independently design and manage AWS-based cloud architectures (e.g., EKS, ECS, Serverless) and ensure environment reproducibility and automation through IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
• Requirement Translation & Iteration: Translate real-world feedback from client sites into product roadmap optimizations, ensuring development aligns with actual business scenarios.

• Full-Stack Development Expertise: Proficient in Python or TypeScript, with extensive experience developing and maintaining frameworks such as FastAPI, NestJS, React, or Vue.
• Deep Architectural Insight: Possess a strong foundation in programming best practices; able to design intuitive, testable, and scalable system structures rather than blindly applying design patterns.
• IaC & Cloud Deployment: Capable of independently managing AWS resources and proficient in using IaC tools (such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation) for resource management and deployment.
• On-site Communication & Resilience: Ability to articulate technical solutions clearly in front of clients and rapidly troubleshoot issues in unpredictable environments; must demonstrate strong Ownership.

• AI Orchestration Skills: Practical experience developing Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) and an understanding of how to integrate LLMs into complex, non-linear business workflows.
• Context Engineering: Skilled in RAG system context optimization, data cleaning, and prompt strategies to improve model output precision.
• Quality Assurance (QA) Mindset: Hands-on experience with automated testing, system monitoring, and performance evaluation to ensure the stability of financial-grade applications.
• Enterprise/Financial Project Experience: Familiarity with the security standards, data isolation protocols, and complex network environments typical of large organizations.
• System Evolution Experience: Proven track record in 0-to-1 projects or successful cases of refactoring chaotic legacy systems into clean, structured architectures.
