Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Flowable Java Engineer with strong expertise in workflow automation, business process management, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable solutions using Flowable, Java, and Spring Boot within Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain workflow-driven applications using Flowable BPM.
- Develop scalable microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Model and implement business processes using BPMN 2.0.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support mission-critical applications.
- Contribute to software architecture, design, and engineering best practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and technical reviews.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Flowable BPM.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with BPMN 2.0 modeling.
- Microservices architecture and event-driven design patterns.
- Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases.
- Maven or Gradle build tools.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Azure AKS or cloud-native platforms.
- Linux-based application deployment and troubleshooting.
- Front-end integration using Angular or React.
- BPM certifications or workflow automation experience.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
