What You Will Do
Manage financial operations processes, including data reconciliation, exception checks, and monthly reviews
Build automated reconciliation systems to improve process efficiency
Lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews, develop cost-effectiveness models, and conduct sales ROI and performance analysis (by channel, region, customer segment)
Develop dynamic P&L forecasting models to monitor conversion rates, average order value, and marketing ROI
Build and optimize financial data warehouses to deliver visualized reports
Regularly prepare sales performance analysis reports to support management decision-making
What You Need
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics; CPA/CMA/CFA certification is a plus
5+ years of financial analysis experience, with at least 3 years in the financial or securities industry preferred
Familiar with EPM systems such as Oracle Hyperion / SAP BPC
Proven track record of building sales performance analysis frameworks from scratch
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
