Senior Financial Analyst

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire for a Senior Financial Analyst to join its regional finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working closely with operational and commercial stakeholders, providing strategic financial insights, and contributing to business growth initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across business units
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers to support commercial and operational decision-making
• Perform financial modelling, scenario planning, and business case analysis for strategic initiatives
• Analyse financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
• Support pricing reviews, new business proposals, contract renewals, and commercial negotiations
• Monitor operational costs and conduct variance analysis to improve profitability and cost efficiency
• Prepare and present financial reports and management insights to senior stakeholders
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, or related finance functions
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
• Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights and recommendations
• Experience within a multinational environment is preferred
