FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. Reporting to Senior FP&A Manager, the Senior financial analyst supporting the planning cycle including annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting processes in addition to maintain an eye on key business drivers through detailed data analysis and delivering dashboards and commentary to business leaders.
- Support APAC deliverables including consolidation on weekly, monthly, quarterly results, preparation and coordination on strategic planning, quarterly board materials and board deliverables
- Support with weekly, monthly and quarterly analytics and commentary on market performance
- Responsible for sales planning and performance management for the store, showrooms and outlets
- Execute the quarterly forecasting process for these operating channels
- Manage sales and operating expenses for these channels through review of monthly financial statements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- 3-5 years professional experience in business, finance or FP&A, ideally within a multinational corporation (MNC)
- Experience with budgeting, planning and performance management
- Professional accounting designation ideal, and not required
- Experience with Hyperion or other large ERP systems is an asset
- Ability to build, analyze and interpret complex financial reports and projections in MS Excel
