Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full set of accounting records and finance functions.
  • Preparation of monthly financial reporting
  • Analyse and provide inputs and recommendation about monthly financial statement report
  • Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast - Manage budgets and identify improvement opportunities
  • Oversee cash flow planning and management to maintain organizational liquidity
  • Technical accounting support to operating businesses
  • Drive visibility and improvements based on the financial analysis
  • Prepared, supervise and conduct annual external audit and statutory financial report.
  • Deliver costing reports & any other work assigned by superior
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
  • Streamline financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Supporting on a variety of ad hoc projects as required

Qualifications & Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, Etc)

  • Bachelor degree, majored in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 8 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Prior experience in FMCG, distributions or manufacturing sector strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory due to business needs.
  • Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
  • Having experience of financial software is a must
