Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounting records and finance functions.
- Preparation of monthly financial reporting
- Analyse and provide inputs and recommendation about monthly financial statement report
- Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast - Manage budgets and identify improvement opportunities
- Oversee cash flow planning and management to maintain organizational liquidity
- Technical accounting support to operating businesses
- Drive visibility and improvements based on the financial analysis
- Prepared, supervise and conduct annual external audit and statutory financial report.
- Deliver costing reports & any other work assigned by superior
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
- Streamline financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Supporting on a variety of ad hoc projects as required
Qualifications & Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, Etc)
- Bachelor degree, majored in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 8 years in a managerial capacity.
- Prior experience in FMCG, distributions or manufacturing sector strongly preferred.
- Fluent in English is mandatory due to business needs.
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
- Having experience of financial software is a must
