Role
You will be part of the Group Procurement team providing essential project backfill support to ensure seamless procurement operations and successful implementation of ongoing initiatives. In this role, you will:
- Execute end-to-end procurement operations for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system, including tender opening, acting as procurement system administrator, and performing daily transaction processing.
- Manage queries raised by business units regarding Group Procurement Policy, Operating Guidelines and other procurement matters in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate closely with procurement administrative support team in Malaysia and address any escalated matters from Singapore business units.
- Supports any new system roll out/enhancements by preparing and executing user- acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring all requirements are met prior to go-live.
- Ensure compliance by proactively considering business and regulatory risks, and implementing measures to mitigate potential issues.

- Diploma/ Degree Holder
- With at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with exposure in procurement projects and initiatives
- Strong governance discipline and knowledge in procurement operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work independently and a good team player
