Job Description
In this role, you will serve as a key technical liaison between customers/disty and applications engineers, R&D team, and field sales team. You will provide technical solutions, product recommendations, to drive design wins, enhance customer relationships, and support the growth of our business coverage in Europe.
Responsibility
- Act as the primary technical interface for customers, bridging communication and collaboration between field teams and HQ applications engineering and R&D groups.
- Provide strategic customers with detailed technical support which include circuit schematic and PCB layout review, and IC debug during design-phase.
- Gather field insights and leverage customer feedback to inform new product introductions (NPI) and strategic roadmaps.
- Conduct regular internal team meetings to review progress on designs and pipeline opportunities.
- Assist in penetrating new markets and accounts expanding key accounts reach through targeted customer support and presentations.
- Organize and coordinate ongoing technical training sessions for disty FAEs, sales representatives, and customers in the region utilizing HQ applications engineering expertise to maintain a best-in-class technical support team.
- Track and coordinate design wins together with sales teams. Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with regular quarterly design win tracking via CRM.
- Provide bi-weekly updates and insights to executive leadership, applications engineering, and R&D teams, influencing strategy and product development priorities.
Requirement
- B.S. required in Electrical Engineering (MSEE preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with power management design.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as FAEs and/or 10 years relative experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel globally as needed.
- Experience with automotive and/or industrial customers is preferred.
