Job Description
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Automotive Ethernet products and solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and deliver technical presentations, reports, documentation, and solution demonstrations.
- Develop and customize automotive software solutions based on customer needs.
- Support customers in product development, design-in, and system integration activities.
- Analyze customer technical issues and provide effective troubleshooting and resolution support.
- Provide on-site support for debugging, validation, and certification testing when required.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, marketing, and product teams, to support customer projects and business goals.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of technical experience in IC design or related areas.
- Experience as an FAE in an IC design house is preferred.
- Software development experience is required; experience in automotive software development (e.g. AUTOSAR) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
- Able to work independently and drive tasks to completion.
- Capable of explaining technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good written and spoken English is required.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required.
- Familiarity with Ethernet protocols is a plus.
- Familiarity with the automotive ecosystem is a plus.
- Experience with Linux systems is a plus.
- Team management experience is a plus.
