Job Description

[About RePV Tech]

  • RePV Tech, Inc. is the creator of the world's first fully circular solar technology. Our mission is to build the lowest-carbon solar industry ecosystem on the planet — achieving zero waste, reducing carbon emissions by 40–60%, and establishing a fully circular solar value chain as the global solar market continues its rapid expansion.
  • As a global strategic partner with one of the world's leading solar recycling system brands, we deliver high-value, high-quality circular solar services — recovering silver, glass, and silicon wafers at high purity with minimal carbon impact, maximizing the value of every solar module. We are now expanding overseas, deploying next-generation solar module recycling equipment to give end-of-life and damaged panels a full second life.
  • We believe the Earth has no waste — only misplaced resources. Join us in building a net-zero, sustainable solar industry.

[Role Overview]

  • The FAE serves as the technical bridge between our equipment and customers in the field, delivering comprehensive pre- and post-installation support to ensure the successful deployment of RePv solar module recycling equipment.

  • This role is not a solo execution position — you will act as a technical liaison, collaborating with internal engineering teams and external vendors to achieve project milestones at every stage.

  • Core positioning: Combining deep equipment application expertise with strong customer-facing technical service skills. You will not only help customers get up and running, but also continuously optimize their operational performance and build long-term partnerships. This role is a frontline driver of the company's international expansion, with a clear growth path toward Senior Technical Consultant or Regional Market Lead.

[Key Responsibilities]

1. Pre-sales Technical Support & Solution Planning

  • Collaborate with the sales team on customer needs assessments and on-site evaluations
  • Evaluate customer facility conditions (floor space, power supply, material flow) and co-develop equipment integration plans with internal engineering teams
  • Prepare technical proposals and equipment specifications; provide technical support during sales presentations

2. Installation, Commissioning & Site Acceptance (FAT/SAT)

  • Execute functional acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) according to company standard procedures to verify that equipment meets specifications
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during installation; coordinate with internal engineers and Business partners.
  • Complete equipment handover documentation and conduct operator training in collaboration with the engineering team

3. After-sales Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Serve as the first-line contact for customer technical issues; provide rapid remote diagnostics and initial response
  • Consolidate customer feedback; escalate issues to the internal maintenance/warranty team as needed and follow up until resolution
  • Compile periodic technical feedback reports for internal engineering and R&D teams

4. Customer Training

  • Consolidate technical documentation and maintain updated operational training materials using company templates
  • Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations and operator training during handover in partnership with the engineering team

5. Technical Documentation

  • Maintain and update installation SOPs, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides

[Required Qualifications]

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong English proficiency in technical discussions, reporting, and client communication
  • Experience in equipment, automation, or mechanical industries (engineering or technical services)
  • Solid technical understanding of equipment architecture and process concepts
  • Strong cross-functional communication and customer-facing interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client visits, trade shows, and project support

[Nice to Have]

  1. International business experience in the equipment or automation industries
  2. Familiarity with robotic arms, PLCs, vision systems, or mechanical equipment applications
  3. Experience in equipment project implementation or technical sales
  4. Background in energy, solar, or environmental industries
  5. Proficiency in a second foreign language (Japanese, German, etc.)
