Job Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of General Administration functions and successful delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Services
Oversee IFM services including general account management, soft & hard services, building services, workplace experience & effectiveness strategies and solutions, sustainability, energy management & utilities services, space management, project management & delivery etc
Manage account P&L, budget, revenue, expense to ensure not exceeding contract baseline budget
Develop and maintain an effective tracking tool or mechanism to facilitate data collection such as expense, budget, forecast, work order, asset and portfolio information etc
Facilitate the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics
Maintain up to date documentation for IFM contract
Act as people manager to provide all necessary guidance, training and support to team
Development, management & implementation of ongoing process improvement programme implemented by company
Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
Degree holder in Property Management, Facilities Management, Hospitality or related fields.
15 years+ of relevant property management experience including 8 years in Factory / Logistics Centre
Tier 1 Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSO is preferred, excellent Employer servicing skill and ability to handle Employers and tenants independently, mature, independent and works well under pressure
Knowledge in Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related ordinance, excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
