Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior F&B Officer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of food and beverage services in compliance with company standards.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control for food and beverage supplies.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times, addressing any guest complaints promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to develop and implement menus that meet customer preferences and trends.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain health and safety regulations in accordance with local laws and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management software and POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
