Compliance Program: Build and maintain the ICP; draft/revise SOPs (screening, classification, licensing, recordkeeping); run audits & risk assessments.
Product Classification: Classify products & technologies under EAR / Taiwan's Strategic High-Tech Goods List; determine ECCN; engage R&D early in new-product development.
Transaction Screening & Licensing: Perform end-user/end-use screening (Entity List, SDN, MEU); assess and file export license applications (BOFT / U.S. BIS); investigate red flags.
Training & Advisory: Deliver export-control training to sales, procurement, R&D, logistics; serve as day-to-day compliance advisor.
Regulatory Monitoring: Liaise with regulators, law firms & consultants; track changes (e.g., Entity List updates, FDPR) and adjust strategy.
【Qualifications】
Education: Bachelor's or higher in Law, International Trade, Business Administration, or STEM (EE/CE or related).
Experience: 5+ years in export control / international trade compliance; semiconductor industry experience required; MNC compliance or law-firm background a plus.
Skills: Strong command of EAR, ITAR (if applicable), BIS regulations, Entity List practices, semiconductor supply-chain characteristics, and Taiwan's export management rules.
Language: Full professional proficiency in English & Chinese; English at business-negotiation and legal-document drafting level.
Plus: Bar admission (Taiwan, U.S., or major jurisdiction).
