In Malaysia, the company is in a significant hyper-growth phase. Following the establishment of their Rawang site last year, the facility is scaling rapidly. Over the next five years, the plant is projected to expand from several hundred employees to several thousand. As this progressive scaling occurs, they are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead professional-level recruitment and build the core technical and commercial teams that will drive innovation and operational excellence at this state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
The Role
This is a specialized, high-impact role focused on attracting top-tier white-collar talent. You will be responsible for sourcing and engaging the engineers, scientists, and business leaders who will form the backbone of the organization. Moving beyond volume hiring, you will focus on quality, precision, and candidate experience for mid-to-senior level professional roles. You will work closely with the TA Manager and department heads to ensure that the company attracts the best minds in the industry to support its rapid expansion.
