Job Summary
Responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, securing new opportunities, preparing commercial proposals, and supporting contract negotiations within the maritime, offshore, and marine sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the maritime and offshore industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vessel owners, ship managers, offshore contractors, shipyards, and strategic partners.
- Support full sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and contract closure.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and technical-commercial submissions.
- Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial risk assessments.
- Coordinate tender activities with operations, engineering, and procurement teams.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime, Marine Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maritime, offshore, marine, shipping, or oil & gas industries.
- Experience in sales, business development, commercial, chartering, or tender management roles.
- Knowledge of tendering, contract management, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel when required.
