Job Responsibilities
Support data collection activities for international education research studies
Review, verify, and organise administrative data submitted by participating schools
Liaise with schools to clarify submissions and ensure timely follow-up on required information
Assist with data processing, collation, and document management activities
Support communication and coordination efforts, including maintaining records and correspondence logs
Prepare reports, forms, and administrative materials using Microsoft Office tools and automation features
Provide logistical and operational support for study activities, including preparation of materials and stationery
Maintain office supplies, inventory records, and branch documentation
Support general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects assigned by the team
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree holder with good IT proficiency
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
Experience with IT automation tools, macros, or VBA is an advantage
Organised, meticulous, and detail-oriented
Prior experience in data management, research support, or administrative coordination is preferred
Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
