Job Summary

Manage end-to-end settlement of transactions and operations, collaborating with internal teams and banks to ensure accurate, timely processing and continuous process improvements.

Job Description

1. Perform daily trade settlement instructions accurately, including checking trade confirmations, process corporate actions, dividend receipts, maintain cashbooks, liaise with banks to ensure trades are settled timely and resolution of any settlement issues.
2. Daily reconciliation of cash and positions between internal systems and custodians of assets.
3. Handle fixed deposits, spot FX, FX Swaps, listed and private equities, and other treasury products.
4. Coordinate with Group Treasury and Front Office on treasury and trade-related matters.
5. Monitor daily cash positions, maintain cashbooks and perform bank reconciliations.
6. Handle bank account administration, KYC reviews, banking compliance exercises and audit confirmations.
7. Undertake ad hoc assignments/duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within asset management industry or family office.
• Must have experience in trade settlements of the various asset classes stated above.
• Experience in using Ripple Treasury is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Has an aptitude for process improvements, automation initiatives and system enhancement projects for optimal efficiency and good control governance.
