Job Description

  • Support Communications Strategy: Support and drive digital outreach and engagement in line with organization's objectives usingsocial media, marketing materials, and community channels.
  • Execute Marketing Campaigns: Implement multi-platform campaigns across organic and paid media, contributing to lasting digital connections with our audience.
  • Multi-Channel Branding: Boost brand awareness usingSEO, SEM, social media, and more to effectively reach target audience.
  • Agency Partnership: Collaborate withagencies to optimizeonline advertisements on platforms like Google Adwords and Facebook, amplifying brand presence.
  • Creative Design Support: Assist in designing marketing materialsthat align with our visual identity across various media.
  • Collateral Development: Collaborate with the creative/production team in the creation and curation of marketing communication collateral, including videos, e-newsletters, e-mailers, and printed materials to ensure broad targeted reach.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Support in planning and executinglarge-scale events that reflect our marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years experiences in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and communications.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing and content marketing
  • Some knowledge in analysing and leveraging social media analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Good writing skill with the ability to craft engaging messages across social media and newsletter articles that aligns with the communication goals and messaging. Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with marketing software and tools is a plus.
