Job Summary
Contribute towards the planning and executing of marketing communications, events and shopper programmes across Asset Management's portfolio of retail and commercial properties. This role requires a hands-on individual with strong project management skills, creativity and good stakeholder management capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of annual marketing strategies, campaign calendars, integrated marketing campaigns, events and promotional programmes to drive footfall, shopper engagement and sales across retail and commercial properties
- Execute cross-portfolio initiatives or projects, including the curation and management of external partners, agencies and vendors to support division-wide objectives.
- Manage the creation and delivery of marketing communications and content across multiple channels, including advertising, EDMs, social media and on-site/digital touchpoints.
- Execute digital and social media marketing initiatives, optimising campaign performance, audience engagement and online presence.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, coordinating with tenants, business partners and internal teams to support marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and marketing budgets, preparing performance reports, evaluations and supporting budget tracking and administration.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mass Communications / Business / Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, retail marketing or related fields.
- Experience in retail, commercial real estate, lifestyle or agency environments will be an added advantage.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications and Gen AI tools.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms and analytics tools will be advantageous.
- Meticulous, resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organisational skills.
