Purpose: To originate, qualify and develop new membership opportunities that deliver measurable
incremental contribution to SGCC while enabling the existing Membership team to focus on tours,
follow-up and closing.
Job Descriptions:
- Market and prospect development - Build targeted prospect lists identify priority segments research corporate, relocation, international school, embassy, residential, community and referral opportunities.
- Outbound acquisition - Conduct structured outreach by telephone, email, LinkedIn / professional networks, referrals, events and approved field engagement.
- Channel partnerships - Open non-exclusive lead-generation relationships with suitable organisations and track channel productivity.
- Lead qualification - Establish eligibility, need, interest, decision timing and agreed next step before handover.
- Appointment generation - Secure attended Club tours or formal membership discussions for qualified prospects.
- Handover and collaboration - Provide complete lead notes, source and context support prospect continuity without taking over tour and closing ownership.
- Pipeline management - Maintain accurate, timely CRM / tracker records across prospect, qualified, appointment, tour, proposal, won and lost stages.
- Commercial reporting - Report funnel movement, source productivity, forecast, lost reasons, conversion and attributable revenue / contribution.
- Brand representation - Represent SGCC professionally and comply with approved messaging, PDPA, pricing, governance and member eligibility requirements.
- Continuous improvement - Test outreach scripts, segments and channels recommend changes based on conversion evidence.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in Hospitality industry.
