- Provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to the team
- Take charge of multiple projects / teams and be responsible of the overall operations
- Manage customers feedbacks, develop effective relationships, and maintain high quality service standards to all relevant stakeholders
- Ensure proper site management and control, inclusive but not limited to work efficiency, safety and cleanliness
- Evaluate and review manpower and material allocation
- Manage the performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of works and materials
- Monitor and control maintenance's cost by taking proactive measures to prevent costs overruns
- Assist QSD Manager in ensuring proper documentation and archiving of records in line with company's ISO system.
- Work closely with Project Manager, Developer, Consultants and relevant Authorities to ensure proper handover of project during and after DLP
- Analyse all reported defects and provide valuable feedback and lesson learnt to the project teams
- Work with QSD Manager to continually fine-tune and streamline the maintenance system, policies and procedures
- Produce and submit reports whenever necessary
- Work in collaboration with QAQC team by carrying out audit inspections at on-going projects and meetings for knowledge and experience sharing aimed to enhance quality of work and reduce potential building defects
- Provide directions / advice in construction as precursor to handing over of completed projects
- Participate in any other ad-hoc corporate duties assigned
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering/Projects & Facilities Management or its equivalent. Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
Minimum of 5 years experience in building construction works.
Proven customer service track record in HDB and/or private residential projects during Defect Liability Period (DLP)/handing over stage from Project Management Team.
Strong experience in architectural works.
Knowledge in MEP works will be an added advantage.
