Senior Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I)in the School of Humanities (Comparative Literature) (Ref.: 536239)(to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totally up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years relevant experience preferably in tertiary institutions, a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, and IT proficiency in common computer applications. They must be good team players, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, and have the ability to work independently.

The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to a Master's degree programme, assist in preparing materials related to taught courses in literary and cultural studies including film, help organize the department's seminars and workshops, and perform other duties as assigned. He/She shall expect the working hours to extend to early evening several days a week to support the classes and activities of the Master's degree programme. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
