Senior Engineer/ Staff Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering projects from start to completion, ensuring timely execution and delivery
• Prepare and maintain project and engineering documentation
• Review customer specifications and requirements to ensure they meet business and engineering needs
• Identify technical issues, gaps, and risks, and work with relevant teams to resolve them
• Develop project timelines, track progress, and follow up on key actions and deliverables
• Monitor project performance, quality, yield, and delivery, and drive improvement actions when needed
• Support process development, qualification, reliability, yield, and quality improvement activities
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, process capability, and cost
• Support new product and customer projects through technical review, feasibility assessment, and problem solving
• Investigate and resolve engineering and manufacturing issues using appropriate problem-solving methods
• Manage changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams
