In this role, we are looking for candidates who have the tenacity and passion to drive and manage the planning, execution and commissioning of District Cooling System (DCS) projects, working closely with the District Cooling Engineering team, ensuring timely delivery, technical excellence, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The selected candidate will undertake key responsibilities as follows:
What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for new DCS sites
- Collaborate with the Engineering team on technical design, specifications, and engineering validation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure alignment on project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
- Drive and track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and updates with cross-functional teams.
- Liaise with authorities and external partners to ensure compliance and smooth execution.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained in accordance with internal standards and audit requirements.
- Support the preparation of risk assessments, method statements, and handover documentation.
- Work with the Engineering team to ensure technical compliance with ISO and regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee testing activities and support troubleshooting and fault rectification during commissioning, in collaboration with the Engineering and Operations teams.
- Ensure smooth transition from project phase to operations, including training, SOP development and documentation handover.
What You'll Need:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Candidate with PMP Certification (Project Management Professional Certification) is highly preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably in M&E or district cooling projects.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and documentation standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and external contractors.
