Evaluates processes to optimize production capabilities and reviews the technical environment to meet business needs
Plasma Dicing Process subject matter expert, required to analyze manufacturing process gaps to address product defect issues and improve process capability indices to meet product line targets
Responsible for developing a management system to ensure operations meet both internal and external parties quality requirements
Take the lead in managing cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects and assist in implementing process improvement projects
Plays an important role in organizational development through the development of on-the-job training and mentoring of team leaders
Possesses an analytical mind and leadership skills to steer the team to perform their best and achieve the desired organizational outcomes
Drive new device NPI, risk identification and ensure smooth offload to production
Generate documentations for specific to customer device (eg, control plans, product SPC, FMEA)
Collaborate with internal and external customer to apply the best decision and solutions to meet customer expectations
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience in a semiconductor Plasma Dicing process
In-depth understanding of Plasma Dicing Process input parameters and output response to product yield, UPH, cost
Have working knowledge in analyzing product yield impact against machine and process parameters
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good management, leadership and problem-solving skills.
