Job Description

Leading the design review and construction of the I&C equipment for Project.
Assisting Facilities Co-ordinator with space management and co-ordination of systems.
On site responsibility for all I & C packages, installation performance, schedule, safety and commissioning.
Responsible for co-ordinating field supervisors and QA engineer in relation to tasks and activities related to I & C.
Responsible For the generation, population upkeep and timely turnover of the respective I & C Construction Completion Dossiers.
Responsible for the approving of the approving of respective method statement, sub contractor submittals, shop drawings and the like, necessary for the completion of the project.
Responsible for liaising with Client counterparts with respect to obtaining Client approvals where necessary.
As with the other lead discipline engineers, it is the responsibility of the I & C engineering lead to ensure that all facets of the I & C design conforms to codes and utility company requirements.
Production of tender packages.
Conducting tender review interviews.
Production of tender recommendation report for Client.
Production of detailed estimate for Client review.
Conducting weekly progress meetings with sub-contractors.
Peer review of Exyte Group project procedures.
Pre Commissioning and Commission of I & C packages.
